NDIS providers

A full roster should not leave you worried about payroll.

Price limits set the ceiling. Travel, cancellations, supervision and the roster decide what is left. We put those costs beside the cash forecast so you are not making staffing decisions from the bank balance alone.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Claims are growing but cash is tight every fortnight.
  • The roster is busy, but you cannot see which supports pay their way.
  • You want to register or expand without committing to costs you cannot carry.

What we help you get under control

  • Margin by support item, worker level and time of day
  • A rolling cash forecast linked to claim and payment timing
  • Cancellation, travel and non-billable time costings
  • Budgets and financial evidence for new NDIS registrations
  • Grant proposal writing, project budgets and sustainability forecasts
  • Board papers, Finance and Audit Committee support and financial controls

What happens first?

We agree on the immediate cash pressure first. After the initial call, we review your accounts, payroll and claims, check the assumptions and build a forecast you can use before the next roster decision.

From the work

When the numbers stop being a worry you carry alone.

Anonymised client examples. Names and identifying details are withheld. These are individual outcomes, not a promise of the same result for every business.

NDIS and allied health practice

No bookkeeper, no handover, and an office manager who’d never used Xero.

The situation
The owner needed the books done in-house but had nobody with accounting experience.
What we found
The immediate need was someone who could keep the basic books moving, without leaving the owner to train them between appointments.
What we did
We coached the office manager from zero to running the basic bookkeeping in Xero, alongside grant and restructuring advice for the owner.
The result
Books up to date within 6 weeks.

Before we talk

Can you help with the finances for a new NDIS registration?

Yes. We help with budgets, cash forecasts, financial policies and evidence of financial capacity. Registration decisions remain with the regulator; we do not provide certification or guarantee approval.

Will you replace our bookkeeper?

No. We work with your bookkeeper or finance team, check the reporting and turn it into decisions. Where capability is missing, we can help build a practical month-end process.

Do we need to be in Melbourne?

No. FrankCFO is headquartered in Melbourne and works remotely with clients across Australia. The first conversation is free and does not require you to send accounts in advance.

First step: a free 30-minute look at your numbers.

No paperwork needed before we talk. Tell us what is worrying you, and we will work out whether we can help. If a review makes sense, we agree what to look at after the call.
